My design mission for this guitar was to develop a curvaceous, sexier interpretation of one of the most popular guitars ever. An enormous number of players are attached to that very special guitar as part of their overall image and sound. The Orpheus is intended for those players wanting something a little more daring, a little more unique.

quartersawn sycamore top
Neck: Maple and cherry 3-piece, asymmetrically carved
shape w/Ladyslipper headstock, 10-degree headstock angle,
rosewood fingerboard, 25.5" scale, 24 frets, graphite nut 1.70"
Pickups: Kent Armstrong P90 neck and hot P90 bridge
Switching: volume and tone w/3-way pickup selector...

one of my favorite bridges of all time. Lots of mass that I can screw
down
hard to the guitar body for rock solid sustain w/through-body
string ferrules
Tuners: Schaller black six-in-line
Finish: Tru-oil, glossy

finishes with your own hardware and pickup preferences.
